30 Day Returns Guarantee

For your peace of mind, orders at Bouf are covered by our 30-day returns guarantee. So, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return it in its original condition and unopened packaging within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a refund for the item.

Items not eligible for refund
Please note: if your item is made-to-order or bespoke, it may not be eligible for a refund. In this instance, the Seller has the right to decide whether or not to issue a refund. To determine its eligibility, see if the item is either "in stock" or "made-to-order" on each product page.

Returning an Item
To cancel your order or return an item please contact our Customer Support team who provide you with the returns address. Unless the item is damaged, you may have to bear the cost of returning the item, and proof of postage is required. Please read the full Returns & Refunds policy here.
